How to start using KM0 Cloud in your browser

Open KM0 Cloud in the browser and sign in with the shared KM0 login used by web, desktop, and mobile.

Introduction

This guide gets you into KM0 Cloud from a browser. Cloud web, the desktop client, and the mobile apps share one KM0 login. You need your usual browser and your KM0 credentials.

Step 1

Open the KM0 Cloud URL

Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or another).
Go to https://cloud.km0digital.com/.
If you are not signed in yet, the site sends you to the shared KM0 sign-in screen.

Step 2

Sign in with your KM0 account

Enter your KM0 email or username and password.
If you enabled two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app.
Continue until you return to your files.

Step 3

New account

If you do not have an account yet, use the registration option on the sign-in flow, then return here after you confirm the account.

Step 4

After sign-in

Once signed in, you land in your cloud space. From there you can upload files, share them, and work with your team. The same login applies when desktop or mobile asks you to authenticate.

Common problems

Troubleshooting (web)

I forgot my password: use the recovery option on the sign-in screen.
The page loops: clear cookies for Cloud, or try a private window, then sign in once.
The page does not load: check your internet connection and that the URL is exactly https://cloud.km0digital.com/.

Desktop after the login change: Re-login on OpenCloud Desktop. Mobile: Android or iOS.
