How to start using the mobile app (iOS)

Download, configure the server, and sign in to the OpenCloud app for iPhone and iPad.

Introduction

This guide explains how to download the OpenCloud app on an Apple device, connect it to KM0 Cloud, and sign in.

Step 1

Download the app

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for OpenCloud.
  3. Download and install the official application.

Step 2

Configure the server when you open the app

  1. Open OpenCloud for the first time.
  2. Enter the OpenCloud server address when prompted.
  3. Use the same URL as in the browser: https://cloud.km0digital.com/.
  4. On iOS the buttons may look different, but the steps are the same: enter the URL carefully, without spaces, and confirm.

Step 3

Continue to sign-in

  1. After confirming the server URL, the app will take you to the sign-in screen.
  2. You will see options similar to the web version: KM0 Cloud account, Google, Apple, or others, depending on server configuration.
  3. The design may follow iOS conventions, but the process is the same: choose your method and complete sign-in.

Common problems

Troubleshooting (Android and iOS)

Error: "Wrong server address format"

  • Check that the URL is exactly the one provided by KM0 Cloud: https://cloud.km0digital.com/.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.
  • Do not omit https:// or use incorrect characters.
