How to start using the mobile app (Android)

Download, configure the server, and sign in to the OpenCloud app for Android.

Introduction

This guide explains how to download the OpenCloud app on Android, connect it to KM0 Cloud, and sign in.

Step 1

Download the app

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
  2. Search for OpenCloud.
  3. Download and install the official application.

Step 2

Configure the server when you open the app

  1. Open OpenCloud for the first time.
  2. When prompted, enter the OpenCloud server address.
  3. Type the same URL you use in the browser: https://cloud.km0digital.com/.
  4. If the app offers a tap-to-copy option for the URL, use it to avoid typing mistakes.

Step 3

Continue to sign-in

  1. After entering the URL, tap Next or the arrow icon (depending on the app version).
  2. You will see the sign-in screen with the same options as on the web: own account, Google, Apple, or others, depending on what the server supports.

Common problems

Troubleshooting (Android and iOS)

Error: "Wrong server address format"

  • Check that the URL is exactly the one provided by KM0 Cloud: https://cloud.km0digital.com/.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.
  • Do not omit https:// or use incorrect characters.
