Which languages does support reply in?

We reply ourselves, in Spanish, Catalan, English, and German.

Where is the data?

In Falkenstein, Germany, on Hetzner servers. Inside the EU.

Is there ISO 27001 certification?

Yes. AMVARA CONSULTING S.L. is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by TÜV NORD CERT. KM0 Cloud and KM0 Email are in scope. Details on security.

Do you sell or profile my data?

No. We do not sell data or profile for ads. We process only what the service needs. See privacy.

Is 150 GB enough for a lifetime of photos?

Often not. 150 GB is about 75,000 photos at roughly 2 MB each, for €1.99/month. Large libraries outgrow it. Check size before a full dump; if you need more, we quote extra capacity and the file move. Details in photo backup and pricing.

How does desktop sync work (selective sync, unsync)?

Install the OpenCloud Desktop Client, point it at https://cloud.km0digital.com/. On macOS/Linux use Choose What to Sync. Windows uses online placeholders and Free up space. There is no OneDrive-style Known Folder Move. Full write-up: desktop sync.

How does phone photo backup work, and can I restore if the phone dies?

Android and iOS OpenCloud apps can auto-upload new photos/videos to a folder you choose. On iOS, leave HEIC/MP4 conversion off to keep originals. If the handset fails, sign in from another device and download. Guide: photo backup.

Do you delete my local files when I unlink the client?

No. OpenCloud’s Remove Sync Folder Connection stops sync and does not delete local files; server data stays. Deleting files yourself while sync is active can still remove them on the server. Policy detail: desktop sync.
