Day 25 - Clearer offer: 150 GB, leaving Microsoft 365, honest sync docs
We tightened the public site: 150 GB plan wording, a leave-Microsoft-365 hook, FAQ off the home fold, and sync/photo tutorials that state limits up front.
The public site had too much in the first screen and soft wording on capacity. Mid-September we shipped a clearer offer: what you get, what we mean by 150 GB, and where the tutorials stop guessing.
What changed
- 150 GB plan. Self-serve storage is named as 150 GB. Need more (1 TB and up)? Ask us. The Open Graph card and pricing lines match that story.
- Leave Microsoft 365. The hero says the job in plain words: keep mail and files, move off the locked-in suite, same EU servers and support.
- FAQ off the home fold. The accordion lives on
/faq/so the home page stays product-first. - Sync and photo tutorials. Desktop sync and phone photo backup now say what the public plan holds, what the apps do not do (no OneDrive-style Known Folder Move), and when to ask for more space before a big migration.
Why it matters
SMEs and individuals both scan prices and “will my photos fit?” before they trust a contact form. Honest capacity and a clear exit from Microsoft 365 beat another privacy paragraph.

More from the blog
- Day 29 - One KM0 login: Keycloak for Cloud web, desktop, and mobile Cloud in the browser, the OpenCloud desktop client, and the mobile apps now share the same KM0 sign-in. Why we moved, what to do, and links to the new tutorials.
- Day 28 - A cleaner front door for public HTTPS We put a reverse proxy in front of the public edge so TLS and routing sit in one place, with a maintenance path ready, while Cloud URLs stayed the same.
